This week, a public speaking training was held at the Tammer’s Academy for the members of the Estonian Family Business Association. The training, conducted by Ene Seidla, provided participants with plenty of practical knowledge and advice that is useful in various public speaking situations.
Thanks to the trainer’s expert guidance, participants learned valuable tips on how to boost their confidence, create trust with the audience using body language, and maintain the audience’s attention. Additionally, they learned how to actively engage the audience and effectively handle unexpected situations – such as when someone from the audience interrupts.
The training provided valuable skills for founding members of family businesses as well as for the next and future generations, regardless of whether the presentation takes place at a large conference, school, or work setting.
