We recently put our two new B-15 sheet metal doors to the fire resistance test and succeeded, ensuring high-quality safety standards for maritime environments.
B-15 door for medical areas features:
⭕ X-ray protection: The door provides radiation safety up to 4mm lead equivalent
⭕ Enhanced security: Equipped with dormakaba Saffire LX electronic hotel lock, the security for marine vessels is quaranteed
⭕ Sound insulation: With a drop-down seal for better sound resistance and airtightness, the ambient sounds are silenced
⭕ Finger protection solution: Thanks to the integrated finger protection gasket between the door leaf and the frame, fingers are kept safe and accidents are fully prevented
The second product test was made upon customers request. It was a B-15 cabin door equipped with spy eye and offering sound reduction of 39dB. The product had ASSA ABLOY Vingcard Essence electronic lock with RFID reader, guaranteeing flawless access control for both passengers and crew. 🔓
