Inspired by Young Talent: Tammer’s TalTech Scholarship Winners

Last week, we had the pleasure of awarding Tammer’s scholarships at a special ceremony hosted by the TalTech Development Fund. Our member of the board, Erkko Linnas, and HR manager, Elen Lamp handed over the scholarships to promising young talents.

This was the very first time Tammer participated in the scholarship competition by offering two scholarships. We were surprised to receive numerous applications: reading through that many inspiring essays and motivation letters made the decision really tough. To find the best fit, we invited several candidates for interviews.

Congratulations to our scholarship recipients:

Kristjan Taimla, a master’s student in product development and production technology. In addition to his studies, he actively participates in the student formula project, leading a 70-member team. Kristjan believes that receiving the scholarships encourages students to take on even more ambitious challenges.

Markus Soodla, a bachelor’s student in business information technology, who started programming already in high school. He has competed internationally, is active in multiple projects and also in various sports such as football, volleyball and skiing.

We hope that our decision to invest in the community and support young talented specialists will help them to continue their studies and shape their futures.

A big thank you to everyone who applied! We wish you all the best in your studies and look forward to seeing your applications in the future. We’re confident that many of you will cross paths with Tammer again!
