Tammer team had the great opportunity to attend one of the world’s most impactful business events, the Oslo Business Forum. Our representatives came back inspired, with new ideas and valuable knowledge.
Our CEO Liis Kokk emphasized the importance of stepping beyond the everyday business environment to learn from renowned leaders. The focus on bold, forward-thinking, and resilient leadership was especially relevant, as well as the need for leaders to show vulnerability to foster trust. Additionally, at least 10% of our work should always be directed towards future growth.
Tammer’s executive assistant, Age Vest-Paabo, also had the chance to enhance her skills at the conference, and her expectations were exceeded by 110%: “Experiencing this event in person was on another level! The speakers were outstanding, and the presentations kept me engaged from start to finish.
