Tammer recently had the pleasure of visiting JELD-WEN Denmark A/S to gain new knowledge about their sales and project management processes. Our discussions included the smooth collaboration, ongoing projects and shared challenges.
It was eye-opening for our sales and production representatives to tour JELD-WEN’s production facility to take a look at their project-based approach to wooden door construction methods.
JELD-WEN is a long-term major customer of Tammer, with whom the cooperation has been very pleasant. We’ve been working together for a decade, completing hundreds of projects every year. The impact of our teamwork is most apparent in Scandinavian schools and hospitals.
Notably, in Scandinavia, schools and hospitals are required to use metal frames with wooden doors for safety purposes, ensuring that doorways remain clear in the case of emergencies. This requirement has led to Tammer’s metal frames being integrated with JELD-WEN’s wooden doors across many state institutions.
