Innovating Safely: Preserving Fire Resistance in Non-Standard Dimensions

Last month, our dedication to pushing the boundaries of industry standards led to successful EN1634-1 test results for EI₂30 & EI₂60 steel profile double leaf doors.

Key Achievements:

⭕ Glass minimum width reduced to 100mm (according to EN15269-5 standard p.1.3. for EI-doors it is possible to reduce the width to 250 mm)

⭕ Non-glass panel minimum width reduced to 210mm (according to EN15269-5 standard p.G.2 it is possible to reduce the width to 250 mm)

This achievement gives us the opportunity for integrating fire-resistant glass and non-glazed panels, the dimensions of which are smaller than the standard allows, into our products without additional tests. We are proud to offer a unique solution that, to the best of our knowledge, stands unmatched in the industry.

This breakthrough is not just a win for us; it’s a win for our clients who seek cutting-edge solutions and up-to-date designs available for fireproof doors. As we continue our journey of innovation, Tammer remains committed to delivering products that redefine industry norms.
