Hinged metal single and double leaf fire doors with 120min durability.

Metal door is intended for indoor and outdoor use in both residential and public buildings where fireresistance and/or evacuation requirements are needed.

The internal and external doors have a certificate according to EN 14351-1 and/or EN 16034 standards. A Declaration of Conformity (DoC) is also issued for the inner door and a Declaration of Performance (DoP) for the outer door.

The requirements for the door set are declared according to the requirements of the the customer.

The door consists of a door leaf and a frame.

The door leaf with a thickness of 98 mm is made of 1.0 mm steel sheet.

The door frame with a standard depth of 100mm is made of 1.5mm steel sheet.

The door leaf consists of a fire-resistant material that is glued together with steel sheets on both sides.

Maximum dimensions for Ei120 single leaf door opening are  1350x2737mm, max area is 3,07m²,  the weight of a door leaf is 52kg/m².

Maximum dimensions for Ei120 double-leaf door opening are 2392x2518mm, max area is 5,47m², the weight of a door leaf is 47kg/m².

The door can be fitted with different mechanical locks and door closer systems.
