Welded Frame

The frame is meant for indoor use in public buildings (hospitals, schools, etc.) Typically the frame is used together with a wooden door to ensure greater security.

The frame is also used as a closed window, where the frame profile is used as a window frame.

The profile of the frame is constructed according to the customer’s preferences and requirements.

If necessary, the frame is tested together with the corresponding door (fire, sound, burglary, radiation).


  • EI30 and EI60 fire resistance (depending on the door leaf, must be certified separately)
  • Smoke resistance Sa and S200 (depending on the door leaf, must be certified separately)
  • Resistance to sound up to 40dB
  • 1,000,000 opening-closing cycles tested
  • Mechanical strength class 3
  • The width of a single leaf door is 520 mm – 1230mm, the length if 600mm – 3970mm.
  • The width of a double leaf door is 1290 mm – 3970 mm, the length is 600 mm – 3970 mm.
  • Door leaf thickness is up to 80 mm
  • The depth of a frame is 96 mm – 500 mm. For a wider measutements we kindly ask you to contact our sales department.

We produce the frame according to the customer’s specification: we can make the preparation or install the desired fittings when needed.

It is also possible to provide solutions for various electric locks, counterweights and other related accessories (lead cover, grounding, etc.).


As a standard we use 1,5mm galvenized or stainless steel sheet to produce the frame.

We use Adjufix as a standard installation solution.

  • Brushed or polished stainless steel (including acid resistant)
  • Powder or wet paint
  • Different RAL ja NCS color tones

It is possible to add a counter-frame.

Solutions for different fittings, thresholds and seals according to the customer’s wishes.
