The course of the project deals with the development of the products and processes of the metal doors of Tammer. The focus is on the requirements needed for obtaining the CE label. The ERP systems are being developed for increasing the efficiency of the company. The marketing plan for new and existing products will be realised.

Result
- The production volume of smooth metal doors increases
- New solutions have been developed for smooth metal, ship and profile products, as well as new orders have been received for ship products
- The process of passing products into production is sped up, as is the forwarding of information from the client to production
- The company turnover per employee has increased
- The marketing plan for new and existing products will be realised
- The share of turnover of each key client will be restricted to 20%
- The share of exports is at least 80% of the turnover
