Steel solid doors can be used in internal areas.
B15 class fire door meets IMO AND SOLAS requirements according to European MED Directive 2014/90/EU and USGC regulations.
Features
Resistance to fire: B15 (36 minutes tested)
Resistance to sound: 32dB
Door is produced from steel sheets with sandwich insulation. 40 mm door leaf is avaliable with trimlists for installation of surface laminate.
Door frame depth is 50-55mm.
Dimensions
Max dimensions for a door clear opening: 2200 x 2100 mm (width x height)
It is possible to increase dimensions up to 15% in width and height (max 10% of total area)
Door weight: 32kg/m²
Finishing
Standard door finish is powder or wet paint.
In addition stainless steel (brushed or polished), PVC covered steel and laminate or other non-combustible design finishes can be used.
Extras
Door leaves can be equipped with rectangular, round or oblong vision panel. Vision panel is available in size up to 420 x 1710 mm (width x height).
Door can be also equipped with top panel, kick-out panel, ventilation grille, spy eye, finger protection gasket and drop down threshold.
The door can be fitted with different mechanical and electrical locks, door closer systems and automatic door operators.
Panic escape devices, door control elements and recessed handles can be used.
X-ray protection up to 4mm lead equivalent is available.
