Areas of use

Steel Profile Fireproof Partitions are used as fire-resistant elements between fire compartments in industrial buildings, residential properties, and office buildings where compliance with the required fire resistance class is essential.

The products are made from SP300 or SP700 series steel profiles, manufactured from untreated, galvanized, or acid-resistant stainless steel EN 1.4404 (ASTM 316L, SS 2348).

The frame depth depends on the profile series used and ranges from 50 mm to 120 mm (depending on fire resistance requirements and other product parameters).

Classification according to standard EN 13501-2:2016.

The product complies with Swedish type approval documentation 0336/03 (RISE).

  • Sound insulation: up to 45 dB (ISO 717)

  • Security class: up to RC4 (EN 1627)

  • Water tightness: up to Class 9A (EN 12208)

  • Air permeability: up to Class C4 (EN 12207)

  • Resistance to wind load: up to Class 4 (EN 12210)

  • Explosion resistance: up to EXR5 (EN 13123-2)

  • Bullet resistance: up to FB7 (EN 1522)

The exact values of dimensions and performance characteristics depend on the parameters of the designed door.

Finishing

The product can be finished in various wet paint or RAL colours. It is also available in stainless steel.
