Steel solid service hatch can be used in internal areas where inspection or service hatch is needed in B class bulkheads.

B0/B15 class service hatch meets IMO AND SOLAS requirements according to European MED Directive 2014/90/EU and USGC regulations.

Serivice hatch is produced from steel sheets with sandwich insulation. 37 mm door leaf is also available with trimlists. Door leaf has special overlap solution.

Steel solid hatch has special design door leaf and Z-type installation frame which is 45-50 mm deep.

Max dimensions for a clear opening: 600 mm x 1500 mm (width x height)

It is possible to increase dimensions up to 15% in width and height, but not more than 10% of total area.

Service hatch weight: 26 kg/m2

Standard hatch finish is powder or wet paint. In addition exposed stainless steel (brushed or polished), PVC covered steel and laminate or other non-combustible design finishes can be used.

The hatch can be fitted with different mechanical lock systems.

One or two locking points possible.  The hatch can be fitted with quarter-turn locks with recessed handles.
