Brief description of the project:
As part of the project, a digitalization roadmap is put together for the company in order to increase the company’s awareness of the current situation of its digitalization and to increase the added value of its products and services through improvement activities.
Objective:
The goal of the project is to increase the company’s awareness of the current situation of its digitalization and to increase the added value of its products and services through improvement activities. The company’s goal is to find solutions to automate and digitalize production in order to be an innovative company in its field by increase of production volume and efficiency.
Results:
As part of the project, a digitalization road map is put together for the company with an explanatory letter, which is a strategic document of the company, which provides an assessment of the company’s digitalization, the investments needed to eliminate possible problems,the profitability and schedule of the project, and the impact on the company’s economic results. In addition, the digitalization roadmap contains an action plan for the next 3 years to implement digitalization.
