We are excited to introduce our new EN 1627-compliant burglary test stand, allowing us to conduct pre-tests and further improve our product range.
With a test setup that closely replicates laboratory conditions, we can ensure compliance before sending products to an accredited test lab, saving time and reducing costs.
Our test stand enables us to perform EN 1627 security classification tests, including:
⭕ EN 1628 – static load testing
⭕ EN 1629 – dynamic impact testing
⭕ EN 1630 – manual burglary attack testing
For RC2, RC3, and RC4 security classifications, the maximum static pressure applied to doors is:
⭕ RC2 – 3 kN (300 kg)
⭕ RC3 – 6 kN (600 kg)
⭕ RC4 – 10 kN (1000 kg)
Our test equipment can apply up to 15 kN (1500 kg) of force to critical points of doors, windows, and other openings, enabling up to RC5/RC6 security class pre-testing.
The system is pre-configured with the required force levels for each security classification, ensuring precise and repeatable testing.
