Tammer supports future talent in engineering and manufacturing for the third year in a row

Last week, TalTech Development Foundation hosted a celebratory gala evening. Tammer’s CEO Liis Kokk and HR Manager Viktoria Indrisova presented this year’s scholarships to two outstanding students whose dedication and potential stood out the most.

The bachelor’s scholarship was awarded to Kris Aron Pihlak, a Product Development and Robotics student who impressed us with both his excellent academic achievements and his genuine passion for engineering.

His success in a design competition and ability to turn ideas into practical solutions reflect not only talent, but also remarkable dedication to his field. We especially value his strong motivation to apply his skills in manufacturing and grow into an engineer who creates meaningful impact in the future.

This year’s master’s scholarship was awarded to Liset Laev, a student of Industrial Engineering and Management. What stood out in Liset’s application was her engineering-focused and data-driven approach to process analysis and improvement.

Her mindset aligns closely with Tammer’s values and our commitment to developing reliable, innovative, and safe solutions. We believe these qualities will help her contribute greatly to the future of manufacturing efficiency and quality.

As our HR Manager Viktoria Indrisova shared: “Supporting young talents on their educational journey is an important mission for us. We believe that every student’s dedication and contribution not only shapes their own future, but also supports the growth and development of Estonia’s industry, entrepreneurship, and economy as a whole.”

Congratulations to all scholarship recipients! We are excited to follow your journeys and see what you will achieve in the years ahead.
