Tammer Earns EcoVadis Bronze for Sustainability Management

EcoVadis medals and badges recognize companies that have undergone a structured, evidence-based evaluation and demonstrated a proven sustainability management system.

The EcoVadis assessment is a comprehensive 360-degree analysis covering four key themes: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. The evaluation is customized to the company’s industry, size, and geographic context, and is based not only on questionnaires but also on verified documentation such as policies, KPIs, reports, and certifications. In addition, EcoVadis uses external data sources and media monitoring to ensure credibility and consistency. This approach provides a realistic picture of both the maturity of sustainability management systems and their actual implementation in practice.

For Tammer, the first year of assessment was primarily an opportunity to gain a clear and objective understanding of where we stand internationally within our industry. Receiving the Bronze medal is an important milestone and confirms that we are moving in the right direction. At the same time, Bronze is not our final goal — we see this achievement as a starting point for progressing towards more ambitious sustainability objectives.

The assessment provided Tammer with valuable and detailed feedback, highlighting both our strengths and the areas that require further development. As sustainability expectations increase and global markets continue to evolve, responsible resource use and production practices are becoming a fundamental part of long-term business success. We see this as a key priority for our future development and remain committed to continuous improvement.
