The course of the project deals with the development of the products and processes of the metal doors of Tammer. The focus is on the requirements needed for obtaining the CE label. The ERP systems are being developed for increasing the efficiency of the company. The marketing plan for new and existing products will be realised.
Tammer OÜ Product Portfolio Expansion
The project will develop new products for the company that are in demand in the construction and maritime sectors. The best solutions will be developed and on which basis samples and prototypes will be prepared. In order to successfully place products on the market, product tests will be performed and the necessary documentation will be obtained.
Tammer OÜ Investment for Resource Efficiency
The goal of the project is to improve resource usage and increase resource productivity. As a result of the project, the production volume of the company will increase. As a result of the project, the use of powder paint and metal sheets per product unit will decrease.
Conducting a Green Audit at Tammer OÜ
One of Tammer’s core values is a sustainability. In the course of the project, the company’s current capability for sustainability are assessed, the growth potential is mapped, and the company’s next steps to reduce environmental impact and use circular economy principles for the next two years are established. Additionally, the company’s carbon footprint is assessed.

As part of the project, a digitalization roadmap is put together for the company in order to increase the company’s awareness of the current situation of its digitalization and to increase the added value of its products and services through improvement activities.
